Looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Wine Sales Associate to join our team. Based in a dynamic airport retail environment, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting premium wine selections, and providing expert recommendations to international travelers.

Job Requirements

Share expert knowledge of wine regions, varietals, food pairings, and vintages

Drive sales by actively promoting featured and high-margin products

Maintain merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure product visibility

Provide tasting notes and assist with in-store wine promotions or tastings (where permitted)

Handle transactions efficiently and in compliance with duty-free and customs regulations

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in regular wine training sessions

Meet sales targets and KPIs as assigned by store management

Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the wine section meet standards
