Job Description

Job Title: Wheelchair Accessible Bus Driver
We are hiring a Wheelchair Support Driver to provide safe and reliable transport for elderly and mobility-impaired patients. This role is essential in supporting patient comfort and accessibility across islandwide facilities.

Salary: $2,200/month
-Benefits: Vehicle Take-Home privilege, Company-paid season parking, Company-paid diesel, Incentives & Allowance.
-Employment Type: Full-time
-Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
-Operate shuttle buses equipped for wheelchair access.
-Assist patients with boarding, securing, and alighting safely.
-Maintain punctual shuttle schedules and designated routes.
-Provide courteous and attentive service, especially to elderly and special-needs patients.
-Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
-Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with patients.

Job Requirements

Requirements
-Valid BDVL (Bus Driver Vocational License).
-Must have access to a house with open-air carpark to bring home the assigned vehicle.
-Ideal Candidate
-Physically fit and able to assist with wheelchair handling.
-Punctual, reliable, and professional.
-Attentive and compassionate toward elderly and special-needs patients.
--Prior experience in patient transport or caregiving is an advantage.
