Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Tech Executive to join our dynamic team. This role bridges users and our offshore development studio to ensure seamless delivery of applications. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating testing and implementation, and providing ongoing user support.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business users and the offshore development team.

Gather, document, and validate user requirements and use cases.

Coordinate and manage the implementation and testing of software solutions.

Monitor progress of development tasks and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.

Provide first-level support to users and help troubleshoot issues post-deployment.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project alignment.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role involving system implementation, project coordination, or business analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good understanding of software development processes, testing cycles, and delivery timelines.

Experience working with offshore or outsourced development teams is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.

Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
