Room Attendant/Cleaner (客房服务员/清洁人员)

Job Description

Salary: $2000-$2100 ($125 Meal Allowance + OT + Variable Bonus)
Working Time: 6 days/week, 1 day off. 2 rotating shifts (Day and Afternoon) 7/8am to 4/5pm or 1/2pm to 10/11pm
Location: Multiple locations

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest room, carpet, flooring, wallpapers, furniture and bathrooms daily according to Hotel's standards and procedures

- Conduct duties in courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with hotel and government's policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained

- Equip trolley with adequate supplies and keeps trolley/ pantry neat and tidy at all times

- Cover laundry duty. Collect and deliver guest laundry

- Report suspicious persons or actions and "Do Not Disturb" rooms according to procedures.

- Cleaning of public areas within hotel premises

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Able to perform rotating shifts and 6 days work week 能够接受轮班制和每周6天的工作时间
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience 拥有1年相关经验
