Scope of work · Ensure sufficient manpower and comply with the prevailing laws, rules and regulations. · Ensure good quality and service standards · Investigate and report any irregularities and incidents · Manage the registration and onboarding of vendors into the online system and train on the relevant SOP · Perform daily cash and payment reconsolidation and prepare sales monthly reports.
Job Requirements
Requirements · Minimum Diploma in any discipline, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in frontline service · Confident, team player and able to work independently · Strong communication skills required · Proven experience in managing a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues. · Familiar with different modes of payment and able to perform daily sales reconciliation Work Week: 5 days
