Restructuring and Recovery Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Description

Manage various modes of corporate and individual restructuring, including Liquidation, Judicial Management, Receiverships, Scheme of Arrangement, and bankruptcy cases
Support clients with crisis management and corporate advisory projects tailored to their unique challenges and goals
Conduct financial analysis, evaluate clients' financial health, and develop customized turnaround strategies
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless communication and alignment

Job Requirements

A degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
At least 4 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships
