Job Description
This position serves as an assistant to the company’s Purchasing Supervisor. The candidate will learn the procurement system operations ans follow the company’s purchasing department procedures to ensure that warehouse inventory is sufficient and supplies can be delivered in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Procurement Duties: 1.Learn from the supervisor to develop a monthly purchasing plan based on inventory levels to ensure sufficient warehouse supplies and avoid stock shortages. 2.Assist in checking and verifying incoming goods. If the delivered quantity dose not match the order, communicate with suppliers promptly and follow up on any necessary refunds or adjustments. 3.Assist in organizing the distribution of goods to outlets, ensuring correct quantities and preparing duplicate delivery notes for signature and record keeping. 4.Conduct monthly inventory stock-taking at the end of each month, record discrepancies, and process adjustments after approval. 5.Learn to periodically evaluate existing supplies and explore new procurement channels with competitive pricing. 6.Handle local purchase orders and provide orders and provide after-sales support for outlet orders. Job Requirements
Job Requirements ●Candidates with relevant purchasing experience will be preferred. ●Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. ●Good communication, coordination skills, and attention to detail. ●Due to work-related documentation and customer group requirements, English communication ability should be at least 5/10, Chinese at least 7/10.
