Project Scheduler

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Scheduler (s) to join our pharmaceutical project team.
- You will manage and control the full cycle project schedule covering design, procurement, construction, and validation stages in a pharmaceutical engineering project. 
- The role ensures timely project delivery under quality, safety and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project (level 1)
- Coordinate inputs from design, procurement, construction and validation teams
- Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows.
- Weekly update of site progress, monitoring critical paths and buffe time
- Identify potential delays and support mitigation or recovery plan.
- Participate in project risk reviews, integrating schedule related risks into the risk register
- Work with construction safety, and logistics team to optimise sequencing
- Prepare progress reports and ensure timelines meet GMP/regulatory milestones
- Support cross-functional coordination with Engineering, QA/CSV, Procurement, Validation.
- Coordinate with validation team to meet IQ/OQ readiness milestones

Job Requirements

- CQV / pharma facility project experience.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification.5+ years’ project scheduling experience (pharma, biotech, or EPC preferred).
- Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Strong communication in English and Mandarin Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- MS project L5Familiarity with online planning software and digital system.
