About Us
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of our internal AI products. You’ll be the operational backbone of the team, owning delivery timelines, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring features are shipped efficiently and with clarity.
You will work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and AI Engineers to align on goals, unblock dependencies, and ensure that all moving parts come together on time. 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, experimental environments and is confident in managing high-complexity builds involving design, AI, and software development.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery timeline for internal AI products from sprint planning to release.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product vision into executable plans and milestones.
- Track progress across design, engineering, and testing workstreams, ensuring blockers are resolved quickly.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with product/design leads.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, keeping the team aligned and accountable.
- Document feature requirements, decisions, and change logs clearly in tools like Asana or Notion.
- Communicate status updates, risks, and timelines clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Push for continuous process improvement across delivery and team collaboration.
- Ensure MVPs are delivered fast, and iterations are scoped realistically for follow-up phases.

Job Requirements

Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience in tech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Proven track record of owning project delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills: you live in your timelines, trackers, and task boards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: clear, concise, and proactive.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban workflows.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Ability to understand technical concepts (you don’t need to code, but you need to keep up).
- Bonus: experience working on AI/ML or automation products.

Nice to Have
- Experience functioning as a Product Owner or hybrid PM/PO in smaller product teams.
- Exposure to design processes (Figma, prototyping) or data-driven feature delivery.
- Familiarity with SEO, content tools, or digital marketing workflows.
