Job Description
Core Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for operational-level stakeholders. Liaise and coordinate with client CAG on operational matters. Supervision & Leadership •Oversee and manage a team of Team Leaders/CSOs to ensure smooth operations in the counter and backroom operations. •Plan monthly rosters to ensure adequate coverage, optimize productivity, and meet baseline requirements •Monitor workflow efficiency and manpower deployment. •Develop training materials and manage onboarding, training, coaching, and guiding of new hires in line with established guidelines and SOPs. Operations •Develop, update SOPs; ensure Team Leaders/CSOs comply with SOPs while processing orders and delivering excellent customer service. •Handle cancellations promptly. •Manage customer complaints,escalations, and incidents; suggest preventive measures, administer service recovery. •Monitor inventory issuance, movement, and replenishments (e.g.PWP, GWP, parking coupons etc.) •Support counter andbackroom operations during peak periods or as needed. Administration •Prepare weekly and monthly reports on headcount, and other operational metrics as required by management/CAG. •Maintain proper documentation, records, and logs(e.g. Stepbag issuance and usage operational activities) To ensure audit readiness •Conduct checks and provide reports on CCTV, duty phones and other devices/equipment. •Requisition of replenishment for inventory,stationery,housekeeping supplies from Collection Centre to CAG; oversee monthly stock takes. •Perform any other duties as assigned by management/CAG.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences): •Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations or related field. •At least 2 years of experience in counter service, logistic/warehousing, customer service, or hospitality industry. •Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. •Experience in managing a team of Team Leaders/CSOs; team oriented and collaborative, able to lead by example, and foster teamwork. •Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details. •Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills. •Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively. •Ability to adapt, learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
