Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Designer to join our growing AI product team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI-powered platforms including internal agency tools and externally-facing SaaS solutions. This role goes beyond visual design, it requires systems thinking, strong UX chops, and the ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to bring human-centered design into complex, data-driven products. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities
- Translate product and business goals into intuitive, user-centric designs for AI-powered web applications.
- Lead end-to-end design process: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design intent with technical feasibility.
- Design for modularity and scalability across different AI features, use cases, and customer tiers.
- Work with actual product usage data and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
- Build and maintain design systems that support consistency and velocity.
- Contribute to product thinking and user experience strategy at both feature and platform levels.
- Champion accessibility, responsive design, and performance in all interface work.

Job Requirements

Required Skills
- 3 to 6 years of product design experience, preferably with SaaS, AI tools, or B2B platforms.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, interaction design, and visually polished UIs.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system creation.
- Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, workflows, admin panels, or automations.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML products, content automation tools, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of front-end development and ability to speak developer’s language (HTML, CSS, JS basics).
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration; able to turn vague concepts into usable features.
