Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in perfumes at Shilla Duty Free, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers. 
You will assist customers in selecting fragrances, promote new product launches, meet sales targets, and ensure the store is well-stocked and presentable. 
A strong interest in perfumery and luxury retail, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, are key to success in this role.

Job Requirements

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner

Recommend and demonstrate perfume products tailored to customer preferences

Provide detailed information on fragrance notes, brands, and product benefits

Stay up-to-date with the latest launches and product knowledge

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Assist in merchandising and replenishment of stock

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display units

Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
