About the Role: 
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to join as support for our daily office operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, helping the team run smoothly while gaining exposure to professional workflows and business operations.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation 
• Respond to enquiries professionally and courteously 
• Assist the team with scheduling, coordination and preparation of materials 
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support daily operations  

Who we are looking for:  
• No prior experience required – training will be provided 
• ‘A’ Level/Diploma graduates  
• Proactive and eager to learn  
• Able to work independently
