About the Role: 
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executives to support our daily office
operations. You will assist with administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day 
workflow while gaining exposure to professional processes. 
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, or looking to build 
professional skills. It is also a good fit for mid-career switchers and those returning to the 
workforce who want a supportive and structured environment to restart their career. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation 
• Respond to enquiries professionally and courteously 
• Assist the team with scheduling, coordination and preparation of materials 
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support daily operations  
Who we are looking for:  
• No prior experience required – training will be provided 
• ‘A’ Level/Diploma graduates  
• Proactive and eager to learn  
• Able to work independently
