Operational Management - Plan, supervise, and oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned sites. - Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures. - Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet operational needs. Team Supervision & Training - Lead, guide, and motivate cleaning staff to deliver consistent service quality. - Conduct on-the-job training for new staff and refresher training for existing staff. - Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline; provide feedback and coaching. Client & Stakeholder Liaison - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning operations. - Address and resolve service-related issues promptly. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Quality & Compliance - Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company policies. - Maintain proper documentation of operations, incidents, and inspections. Administration & Reporting - Prepare and submit operational reports, including manpower, consumables, and equipment usage. - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; raise requisitions as needed. - Support budgeting and cost control efforts for cleaning operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma and above - Must be able to commit to overtime as and when based on business requirement. - Working location: West area
