Operations Assistant (Foodbank)

The individuals will report to Catering Supervisor who oversees the production of airline meals. His/her duties will include - •Ensuring items received in the Foodbank are as per Airline requirements. •Issuance of items for ground preparation by the packing team •Recording additional or shortfall items and work with Kitchens on the discrepancies. •Dispatching additional meal orders to Kitchens and monitor its preparation to ensure timely delivery •Responsible in upkeeping and maintaining the tidiness of work area •Proper and accurate recording of item movements •Following safety and health procedures at workplace •Any other duties assigned by Catering Supervisors or Officers.
Job Requirements
•Be able to lift catering materials weighing up to 15kg •Ability to read and speak English to understand meal specifications •Basic computer skills •Comfortable with 6 days work-week with rotating shifts
