Operations Assistant (Catering)

Job Description

•Ensure that the correct quantity and meal types are sent to the Food Bank on time and that meals are stored accurately
•Collect, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew and monitor last minute top up of meals
•Conduct quality control checks on completed equipment carts and ensure that equipment are present according to the correct Equipment Loading Plan
•Push meal carts and carry catering equipment in the kitchen and on-board aircraft
•Handle and transport meal orders between the kitchen and the aircraft

Job Requirements

•Possess basic frontline customer service skills
•Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
•Able to carry heavy loads up to 5kg
•Ability to read and speak English
•Ability to do simple mathematical calculations
•Work 3 rotating shifts
