- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.). - Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. - Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to enhance brand presence and engagement. - Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead acquisition. - Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, ads) aligned with Singaporean consumer trends. - Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Singapore’s marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and industry developments. - Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure KPIs and ROI. - Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging. - Assist in client pitches and presentations with market-relevant insights. - Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and collaborations with influencers or brands.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Communications, or related field. - Strong copywriting and communication skills (English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus). - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. - Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines. - Multilingual abilities for international trade.
