Job Description

🕒 Working Hours:
- Full-Time | 6 Days Work Week
- Day or Night Shift
- Off days arranged by schedule

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
- Handle phone calls for reservations and general inquiries.
- Greet and direct guests to their reserved tables.
- Take and record food & beverage orders promptly.
- Input orders into POS system accurately.
- Serve food & drinks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure safe, clean, and organized service areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Uphold neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages in a nightlife setting.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements:
- Prior F&B or service crew experience preferred.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with night shifts & serving alcoholic drinks.
