- Manage the entire end-to-end talent acquisition function including candidate Sourcing & Selection, Salary benchmarking, Offering and On-boarding processes (i.e. Orientation, government security clearances, etc). - Hiring requirements includes both IT and Corporate Support function, across Junior to Senior Managerial level positions. - Work with all hiring managers on their staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans. - Manage recruitment vendors for selected talent search. - Building up of talent database and pro-actively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remains engaged in current or future roles.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma or Degree education. - At least 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment either with an Agency or In-house. - Candidates with IT recruitment experience will be advantageous but not compulsory. - Willing to learn and open to taking on additional roles within Human Resources. - Candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
