- Calculate monthly salaries, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments. - Compute CPF contributions (employee & employer) in compliance with CPF regulations. - Process levy and foreign worker-related payments. - Handle leave calculations (annual, sick, childcare, maternity/paternity leave) per MOM guidelines. - Assist in IR8A and employer income tax filing (e.g., submission via Auto-Inclusion Scheme). - Ensure compliance with Employment Act, CPF, and SDL (Skills Development Levy) regulations. - Post job ads on portals (e.g., JobsBank, MyCareersFuture). - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks. - Prepare employment contracts and work passes (e.g., EP, S Pass, WP) via MOM’s WP Online. - Conduct new hire onboarding (e-signatures, briefing on company policies). - Assist in implementing and managing HRMS software (e.g., Payboy, JustLogin, QuickHR). - Maintain digital employee records (leave, attendance, payroll). - Train employees on self-service portals for leave and claims submissions. - Maintain P-files (physical/digital) and ensure data accuracy. - Process government-paid leave claims (e.g., childcare leave via Government-Paid Leave Portal). - Handle work pass renewals, cancellations, and employee exit clearances. - Any other tasks as directed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Business, Admin, or related field - Preferred knowledge of MOM regulations. - Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines. - Multilingual abilities for international trade.
