Handyman (Woodlands)

Job Description

Perform general maintenance and repair works for building facilities and equipment.
Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and mechanical repair works.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and rectify minor faults and defects.
Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in good condition.
Liaise with contractors or vendors for major repair works when required.
Support office, commercial, or site setup works including furniture installation and relocation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.

Job Requirements

Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or handyman works preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry works.
Able to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Location: Woodlands 
Timing: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Alternate Sat)
