Location: Marina Bay

Working Hours:
20 June to 27 June 2025: 11:00am – 5:00pm
28 June to 20 July 2025: 9:30am – 8:00pm

Salary:
$12 per hour (Weekdays)
$15 per hour (Weekends)

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join us as Guest Service & Relations Associates. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell upon departure
Open doors and provide assistance with directions and enquiries
Take and serve food and beverage orders
Ensure the dining area remains clean and presentable at all times
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Handle deliveries and visitor logging when required
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Report any suspicious activity promptly to maintain a safe environment

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Able to commit fully from 20 June to 20 July 2025
Physically fit, well-groomed and presentable
Good communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
Prior F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage
Willing to work weekends and public holidays
Cheerful, proactive and a good team player
