Cyber Cafe Shift Manager

Job Description

1.Daily maintenance of in-store equipment and store security.
2.Manage daily operations of store staff, including attendance, service standards, recruitment, and training.
3.Oversee food safety and hygiene management of the water bar, as well as inventory and procurement of consumables.
4.Assist the store manager in meeting sales targets.
5.Handle any unexpected incidents that may arise.

Working Hours
**5/6 full-time working days per week.
Shifts:
-Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
-Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Requirements

1.  Enthusiastic sales attitude and flexible thinking.
2. Good character, obey management, strong execution, cheerful personality, and enthusiasm.
3. Active personality, focus on quality service, and a good team player.
4. Familiarity with popular games, understanding basic gaming terminology, and a passion for the esports industry is a plus.
5. Previous experience in store management in the F&B or service industry is preferred.
6. Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in multiple languages ​​and handle a multi-ethnic client base
