Job Description

Scope Of Work
•Assist passengers at counters with enquiries and bookings on transport arrangements.
•Provide accurate information on transport options, rates, and waiting times.
•Manage queues and ensure safe, smooth boarding at pick-up points.
•Advise passengers on alternative transport during peak periods.
•Issue service forms and collect payments from drivers upon booking confirmation.

Job Requirements

Requirements
•Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Able to use electronics devices e.g. tablets and walkie-talkies.
•Perform point of sales transactions. 
•Customer centric and willing to go the extra mile.
•Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
•Able to converse in English.
•Willing to perform shift work – 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.
