Oversee overseas construction projects from planning to completion — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. - Project Planning – Develop schedules, budgets & resource plans. - Team Coordination – Manage contractors, sub-contractors & site workers. - Budget Management – Monitor costs, approve expenditures & control finances. - Quality & Safety – Ensure compliance with codes, regulations & standards. - Communication – Liaise with clients, architects, engineers & stakeholders. - Problem Solving – Address delays, conflicts & unexpected site issues. - Documentation – Maintain records, permits & progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience required - Degree in Construction Management - Certification in Risk Management Plan Implementation - Certification in Managing Workplace Safety & Health in Construction Sites - Proven leadership & organisational skills - Strong grasp of construction processes and project management - able to converse in Mandarin to engage with Chinese speaking clients
