CNC Milling Programmer

Job Description

Create and modify CNC programs for milling machines using Mastercam
Set up CNC milling machines and prepare tools, fixtures, and materials
Perform machine setting and tool offset adjustment
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and quality
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure parts meet specifications
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Maintain proper documentation of programs and machining processes
Follow workplace safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements

Singaporean
Experience in CNC Milling programming
Proficient in Mastercam software
Able to perform machine setup and tool setting independently
Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
Experience in precision machining/manufacturing is an advantage
