Job Description

- SUPERVISOR:
 •Supervise cleaner to ensure works are carried out as scheduled.
•Manpower deployment plan.
•Prepare work schedule.
•Hands-on experienced as Supervisor.
•Inspect cleaning works to ensure high quality of work is maintained.
•Able to perform ad hoc job assigned.
•Able to operate cleaning machines.
•Ensure machines and tools are well maintained.
•Perform cleaning duties whenever required.
•Carry out regular cleaning inspection of the premises. Respond as required in line with the cleani

- GENERAL CLEANER: 
• Sweeping and mopping of lobbies, common corridor areas. 
• Cleaning of lift interior and exterior. 
• Sweeping of stairway, cleaning of railings. 
• Clearing of litter bins, change waste bin bags 

- COMPOUND/ FACILITY CLEANER: 
• Sweeping of surrounding areas, carpark, ramp, driveways, walkways,
 • Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pit area, playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis court and or basketball court. 

- REFUSE REMOVER: 
• Removing the rubbish bins from the bin chutes and transfer all to bin center.
 • Washing the bins and bin chute areas. 
• Clearing of waste disposed at lobbies and bigger items that cannot be thrown in the bin chutes. 

- FLOATER: • Doing periodic works. High pressure water jet washing of carparks, surroundings, descaling of toilets, High dusting, and floor scrubbing and polishing.
