Job Description
Job Scope : -To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses. -Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up. -On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority. -Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up. -Able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.
Job Requirements
- Able to do shift work (10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am) - At least a year experience in Call Centre or similiar
