Job Description
• Answering incoming carpark's intercom and general hotline pertaining to customer's inquiry • Identify and escalate any carpark issue. • Provide information to customers for any carparks enquiries like pricing, availability etc • Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem • Monitoring of carpark entrance / exit condition via CCTV cameras • Ad hoc duties assigned by superior and managers
Job Requirements
• Must be able to perform shift duties • Basic computer knowledge • Able to multi-tasks and work in an intense environment • No experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided • Potential to be promoted to Team Leader position based on excellent performance
