Job Description

Assistant Production Scheduler/ Coordinator (PERM)

To assist Assembly Supervisor and Operations Manager in planning, scheduling and coordinate with China and Singapore Colleagues to ensure order fulfilment to Customers 
Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain production targets 
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, inventory control and quality assurance in Singapore and China Colleagues to align production schedule.
Provide support to production schedule to ensure adherence to planning schedule.

Requirements
Min 1-2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Good analytical and problem solving skills 
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment 
Able to use of production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems (training will be provided)
Basic Microsoft Excel Skills

First Article Technician (PERM)

Perform First Article Inspection of new part as per 2D drawing and customer requirement
Inspecting, analysing and troubleshooting products with various equipment such as CMM, Height Gauge, pin gauge, feeler gauge, video/touchprobe measuring equipment, etc 
Perform daily start-up and in process check as per Quality Inspection Plan (QIP), visually check cosmetic issue as per First Article sample.
Able to detect any deviation in products or processes. This includes being visually alert and accurate in perfoming measurements and checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
Operating and maintaining measuring instruments
Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing is essential. These records help track improvement and identify areas of concern within the production process.
Training on quality measures and proper equipment usage.

Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
Able to use QC equipment (Caliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge etc) understand/interpret drawing, operate smartscope/Quick Vision Scope.)
Able to work together and aligned with customer for the measurement method.
Reviews DFM & 2D drawing before RFQ
