Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, enhance servicing on car park systems
• Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites
• Co-ordinate and follow-up projects on site
• Resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers
• Involve in start-up works of new car parks and handing over of car parks. Example termination of telephone lines, arrange with contractor to install / remove signs, co-ordinates with contractors to install / dismantle of equipment
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment
• Documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records
• Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders

- Work in all areas of Food & Beverage sections

- Welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner

- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service

- Assist in answering customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner

- Assist in preparing set ups for tables

- Comply with F&B policies & procedures, hygiene regulations and all health and safety legislation

- Attend management meetings when required

- Suggest areas and execute continuous improvement activities within work area

- Ad-hoc duties wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Job Requirement :

- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends and public holidays

- Degree in any field, no experience is acceptable
