Since our inception in 1990, Shiners Facilities has been building a reputation as a reliable one-stop facility for building owners, and one of Singapore’s premier employers. With 30 years of experience under our wings, we have in-depth experience in all facets of the Environment Cleaning and Maintenance Industry around the country. This includes the residential, industrial, commercial and hospitality industries. Over the years, our range of services has expanded with demand.

Today, we offer cleaning, security, pest control, document control and landscaping services – providing clients with a convenient, reliable one-stop solution for many of their building maintenance needs. With a staff strength of over 700 people, we can easily commit to serving the more than 100 maintenance contracts our clients entrust us with every year. It is this dedication to quality and service standards that keeps our client retention rates at well above the industry average.

A key strength for our company has always been our ability to hire, train and retain staff. Despite labour shortages in Singapore, Shiners Facilities continues to have the manpower needed to capably handle all existing and new maintenance contracts. All our workers have been certified by the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework, proving their expertise in their roles. As an organisation, we have received the WSQ Training and assessment certification, marking our dedication to employees’ skills upgrading and job retention.​

Founded in 2015, Elixir Esports Pte. Ltd. is headquartered in Singapore and specializes in comprehensive management and operations within the esports industry. Through the successful launch of Galaxy Cybercafe and Wanyoo Cybercafe, we have rapidly established a strong brand presence in the Singaporean market.

To date, Elixir has attracted over 80,000 members, with an average of 100 new members joining daily. We currently operate three physical outlets in Singapore and are continuously expanding our online membership and service offerings to deliver a seamless and premium experience for esports enthusiasts. i) History
Our Company was incorporated in Singapore on 1 August 2014 under the name of Huationg® Global Private Limited and was listed on the Catalist Board and the Singapore Exchange Security Trading Limited 'SGX – ST' on 9 December 2014. We commenced operations and were engaged in works for various civil infrastructure projects, in particular the construction of army camps in Singapore. We expanded our operations overseas in the 1990s. Our overseas projects included projects in Indonesia, Myanmar and China.

Over the years, we have completed various major engineering projects such as Downtown Line MRT project, Circle Line MRT stations, Marina Coastal Expressway, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway and Watertown Mixed Development Project.

We also developed and successfully commercialized our LSS product as an alternative for the backfilling of basements and other MRT construction projects in Singapore. We have completed some major LSS projects such as Singapore Marina Bayfront Bridges, Singapore Sports Hub and Marina Bay Sands.

ii) Business Overview
Our Group's businesses can be categorized into three main segments:

- Civil Engineering Services
We provide a full range of civil engineering services from earthworks, infrastructure works, external works, demolition and excavation works, site clearance, drainage works, reinforcing bar installation, formwork, concrete installation, backfill and compaction to final handover. We have completed civil engineering works for numerous large infrastructural construction projects in Singapore and our customers in this segment include, among others, Housing and Development Board (HDB), Land Transport Authority (LTA), and Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd.. In addition, we also provide stockpile management services.

- Inland Logistics Support
We provide inland logistics support through the provision of a wide range of construction equipment, including, among others, tipper trucks, compactors, excavators, concrete pumps. We are able to provide experienced drivers and operators who are familiar with the equipment.

- Sale of Construction Materials
We recycle construction waste and aggregates to become recycled concrete aggregates at our recycling operations at Tuas South Avenue 1. Recycled concrete aggregate products include graded stones, 20mm aggregates and also quarry dust.

We also manufacture and supply LSS, a self-flowable, self-compacting and self-leveling alternative to conventional compacted fill. LSS can be used as non-structural fill for buildings and other structures and for backfill in utility and road construction. As we are able to adjust the liquidity and strength of LSS mixtures, we are able to provide customised solutions to meet the different needs of our customers in the construction industry.

- Approved Training And Testing Centre
We are the BCA approved training and testing centre to conduct various machinery handling courses and offer test enrolment services. Through the trainings, workers are able to enhance their productivity and quality in the construction industry.

- Dormitory Operations
We have designed, built and now operate a Dormitory with an accommodation capacity of 10,400 beds for workers. For more information, kindly refer to the Corporate Profile on page 3 of the Company's FY2021 annual report ("Annual Report).
